How to Prepare Your Florida Garden for Fall Planting Season



In this video I will show you how I prepare my Florida Food Forest to thrive in fall by doing a few simple tasks at the beginning of the summer. You will learn which heat tolerant edible crops enrich the soil with nitrogen and also provide ground cover. This video highlights permaculture gardening practices such as chopping and dropping and closing the waste gap.

  3. Is that the florida native variant of milkweed?
    Asclepias tuberosa is one variety of native milkweed.

    I’ve heard questionable things about the Non-native tropical milkweed: Asclepias curassavica
