  1. What do you think of this set? Will you be picking this up and adding it to your Modular Building collection?

  2. I definitely have an idea for my small city, where across the street I can have a big park and the garden can fit right on the far left side. 🎉

  3. Why would that be next to a building, it is a Botanical Garden that is located in a park far away from a city Just like in Belgium, in Brussels, there is a large Botanical Garden in Brussels, which is not in the city of Brussels itself, but outside the city in a park.🤨

  4. I think to adapt it into modular would is enough to remove very side rows of flowers and longer the side sidewalk from fontain to the right and from the big tree to the left, add line of 1x tiles from the very front and you are good to go. After that you can still modify the sidewalk adding sewer drains and couple street lamps. imo not much to change to achieve real "modularity".

  5. Imo there might be some easy fixes here: the walkway in the front of the botanical garden can easily be expanded on width- and lengthwise, so it would seem like nothing more than a stylized sidewalk which could connect to modulars, even without removing all the flowers up front. As well as I think you made a great point with the addition of technic connection points, which could be hidden by rocks, bushes, benches, etc. 😀

  6. It does not have modular holes to connect any set. It supposed to sit on it's own in a city. If not. It still will look good on a shelf.

  7. I know ideally it would be able to connect, that's the point, but you could still just put it next to other modulars, because it's on baseplates, and yeah, I know the street also doesn't work, which is a shame, but it's better than nothing, at least the set looks great.

  8. Why would a blind man go to a botanical garden? For the smells? I’m legitimately curious I’m not trying to be ableist 😅

  9. It definitely IS a Modular for all the reasons you listed. It is perfectly on two baseplates rather than layered plates such as Snow White. It just simply doesn’t have pins. I don’t even connect my other modulars using the pins. I appreciate the detailed photos and discussion. I’ll be a day 1 buyer

  10. The sickest burn I heard a reviewer say was ‘it looks like the X-Men have moved out of a mansion and into a house’. These prices are getting out of control for the product they’re offering. But I guess if Lego is giving you sets for free and you have a paid YouTube channel then sure, it all looks great. As for me I think I’m done with this hobby.

  11. Its a beautiful building! Not every building ever created needs to "connect" to another building, I am very glad it doesn't 😍

  12. I still think the one guy with a dog looks like George Lucas. But neat set, not my thing, but very cool.

  13. I totally get people being upset about the lack of a road/walkway at the front that would go in line with the modulars, but I really don't get the issue with it not having any holes. I'm not saying you should just add on bricks, more so it doesn't need to be connected. You don't need to connect it with technic pins to put it next to another modular, it could just sit there lined up and not connected.

But this is also coming from someone who only has the Marvel modulars and doesn't use the technic pin connections, so of course I'm going to think that way.

  14. Crazy that is is the same price as the X Mansion whilst also being so much huger!

The X Mansion just looks too small next to the other modulars, where as this with a footpath added at the front will blend in perfectly, I dont use connection pins anyway!

  15. Some advice, your thumbnails are starting to look very similar to one another, try something to make them stand out! Not trying to be rude, just giving some advice

  16. This is perfect to use as a Batman build and use as Poison Ivy’s lair, great for a custom Gotham city

  17. hey this is a crazy idea but like maybe post a positive video? every single one of yours is so negative and it makes them hard to watch 🙁

  18. Personally having this on a modular street seems really out of place, you wouldn't find this on a regular street irl would you?

  19. Ashn can you make a platform for iceman in the xmansion so it can look like he’s gliding across ice and if u do can you show us how to build it btw love the vids🐐

  20. It's not a street building. I doesn't belong between buildings on a street. It belongs in a large open space, in a park or a botanical garden, surrounded by plants, trees and greenery. So I don't really get the ''argument'' that is not a modular building. Like Old Fishing Store belongs on a shore.
