These are all good options but I wanna circle back to the water features. Good examples but most shown were quite expensive depending on the clients. A very easy and inexpensive option would be to create patio ponds or potted ponds. Here you can create pond ecosystems with plants and fish and still retain that white water noise. Patio ponds also look great side by side to other potted plants.

I can take a couple of these ideas and incorporate them in my very small space. However, these designs are heavy on hardscapes. I prefer having a yard and garden. I’ll use the pergola idea & the bamboo. Everything else is a pass for me.
TVs outdoors ?? We are too plugged in the way it is. Just ugly.

One thing about Planting Bamboo. I Install a 10" diameter x 12" length of PVC section in the ground and plant the Bamboo inside, this way the bamboo can't spread. Yahoo!

What software do you recommend to use to make a 3D layout for a fireplace and a bbq island?
hilarious. it appears small is relative. One fireplace would literally be the only feature in most small back yards.
All the images and suggestions are HUGE. All the designs are similar and repetitive.
Love the videos but you never mention prices/costs/money. Projects big or small are dependent on budget, just even estimates when describing work would be great.
