Cheap Modern Landscaping. Gravel is just the finishing touch! Before I made this video I had to pour two sets of concrete steps, 11 rectangle sidewalk sections and three concrete window wells, all of which have their own videos.

good vid! i will , it seem slike in section u added a lot of rocks/granulars abot 3 inches, so maybe the weight of the crushed stone didn't help towards the bowing issues, right?
Thanks for sharing.
Where did you get the walkway lighting? The black path lights in the front yard?
Great Tips Thx!!!! Still looks just as good to me…
Maybe should have poured concrete border when ya did those excellent pads
@0:41 what's Mario doing back there?
The video was really nice and helpful. That was a great idea. Thank you for posting.
I love the standing stones, Outlander.
Why the hell would you put that much gravel in your front yard. Maintenance nightmare but to each their own
White stones are ugly.
What borders would you use instead of the metal ones that bend? Tia
How much per sqft is this kinda job?
Awesome! And my last name is van Dam!! So awesome name also! Cheers from The Netherlands.
Amazing video brother. You have a sub and a like from me 🥲
Good looking brother. Amazing job.
Metal doesn't expand ot contract 😱🤣🤣🤣
What are the large square pavers called? I love the look. Wanting some 48” x 48” pavers but can’t find the name.
Where does one find the dark gravel??? I can't find it anywhere. Is it called something special??
Also, what size are the stones/pavers?
What kind of gravel did you use?
Some great tips there. Thinking out loud, I wonder if tacking the plastic strip onto some old wood may help stabilise it? I know wood will warp, but with the odd long stake it could be hammered deep every metre to ensure its sturdy. We keep any old wood and it always comes on handy. Thanks for the video.
What kind of bracelet do you have on?
Great cliffhanger!!!! 😂
Hi, great video, I like the idea. I was considering installing a concrete slab or pavers on a small triangular area in my front yard. However, for both options, I need a permit and a site plan. I will probably cover the triangular area with gravel. The reason why I want to cover this area is because it's just dirt and I have to cross it each time I enter the house. Thank you.
Where did you get those slabs of concrete that size?
Amazing work. Did you buy the concrete stepping stones or did you build them?
Hi VanDam – does the ground have to be completely flat before pouring or does the concrete accommodate for bumps and irregularities?
Great video! Did you just tamp the ground and put concrete paver on it, or did you put gravel underneath pavers? Thank you!
The sections of edges would be straight as if you would add stakes to that section after fine adjustment ✌🏼
I love the transparency of your video. Subbed!
Did u put anything on before adding rock on?
energy efficient and looks amazing too! 💯👏
The way it’s not straight it’s pretty ugly,
I wouldn’t accept this job.
Imperfections are what makes a thing. Too many of our gardens and houses nowadays are cookie cutter types.
What size is the white gravel ?? Looks great !!!
Some good ideas there.
