  1. 🌼🌻🐝☀️🌺👨‍🌾🌸🌺 You are an inspiration to me. Im growing most of my garden in containers. I can see you put a lot of work and love into growing! The best part of gardening to me is you get to see the new growth everyday it brings me so much joy! It’s the start of my 3 year gardening but there is still so much to learn and I appreciate your tips, tricks and advice! I look forward to learning more from each other as we grow!

  2. Tomato cages, I have had good luck with stick tee pees, and making "cottage" type wooden/old sunflower stalk structures. Lovely Greens channel has some simple nice looking (free!) structures. On my list is to modify, and try some for our beans, cukes, maybe tomatoes.

  3. A couple greenhouses closed in my area, so finding specific plants I usually grow has been a challenge! Like yum yum peppers, very successful, last year! Wanted pink Cinderella ( I think they were called) tomatoes. Tried Grape peppers instead, no idea what they are, but I bought their last plant. I wintered over some peppers ( thankfully) hopefully they will grow well again!

  4. Carrots can be slow to germinate! There's a great kid's book called The Carrot Seed, by Ruth Krauss, that I loved when I was a kid. There are some read-aloud videos here on YouTube. I'll bet your kids would get a kick out of it. PS–the book is great, but there's an old recording that I love. It's the GregorysRecords version. I'm listening to it now, and it really brings back memories!

  5. I'm with you on growing food this yr. I'm growing a bunch of greens and root veggies plus tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and peas/green beans, although i only have 2 of those. I hope we all have abundant success this yr.

  6. I agree with you, everyone should try and grow food, I’ve got potatoes, onions, courgettes, cucumbers, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, melons, carrots and herbs growing this year.

  7. Love your videos why dont you try getting some toys for your little man when you are trying to get things done. Maybe a little car or something. he seems to get bored and then lookes for things to get into. Just a thought I had to do this with my son when he was a little boy

  8. Thanks for the tour of your garden. Some things I haven't put in the ground yet; stilll some freezing temps at night in So. Utah.
