  1. Flea beetles: what I have found.
Growing strong-smelling plants that tend to repel flea beetles. One example is catnip.
Keeping harden free of weeds in early spring so that emerging flea beetles have less to feed upon.
Delaying the planting of crops in spring. This deprives flea beetles of needed early sustenance.

  2. I love watching my garden grow a little each day, that is my favorite part of gardening.Thank you for sharing your garden videos so now I can watch your garden grow too! Your garden is so inspiring! I love it so much I started filming garden videos too. I am in my 3rd year of gardening and still have so much to learn. I hope we can learn more from each other! 🌺🌸🐝👨‍🌾🐇🥕🌸

  3. mosquito bits are what we use here across the pond. It is a granular BT that you put in your rain barrel. I controls flea beetle larva and fungus gnats, as well as making the water a place where mosquitoes die. I am just really careful to not use that water on areas where I am building soil (earthworms are soft bodied and BT can kill them.

  4. Just come across a Serbian site. Great tip for sowing annoying small seeds: single ply loo roll. Lay a 3 feet long piece on the work bench. At waist high now, sow a line just off centre along the paper. Fold the paper over and with a small spray lightly water the paper. Take the paper/seeds out to the plot and lay on top of the soil. Using a garden sieve cover the paper with fine compost, job done!
