I grow it in my garden, and I have some wild plants outside my back door. I use it daily and have noticed my BP has dropped significantly. I put it in a smoothie w/ a banana, a Garlic Clove, honey, and a plethora of other fruits and also beet leaves.
some are reddish stem and some are light greenish stem am confused
