  1. Great ideas Stanley. True professional with integrity and that's something you can't put a price on.

  2. If your going to pack the back yard full of clay soil, how's the water going to penetrate it before it makes it to the neighbors property?

  3. Murphy's Law, about 9/10 if I have limited street parking and I take the liberty of parking across someones driveway to mow a lawn near by, that person will come home. They have a 9 to 5 job but they still show up when I park there.

  4. That is so cool that you got the customer envolved in a training video. shows how you create a great relationship with your potential clients. Tell him your viewers really appreciated his willingness Stanley!

  5. Saving the customer money is always great.. It builds trust off the bat and mentally they feel like they're getting over on you not to mention they're In a hurry to pay before you change your mind 😉

  6. Great vid! very informative.  Also love the product placement that Jeff was holding! lol!

  7. I love your videos, but would it be possible for you to do videos or timelapses of the actual work? Id love to see your equipment in action! Thanks

  8. That seems pretty cheap for what the job is I bet you, you increased his real estate value by a hell of a lot. Definitely a way to sell a customer on a project is to point out to them thats not lost money but an investment and that if they choose to sell will oay off for them

  9. Yeah it would be cool if you ran us through your whole job process estmating to working to the finished product

  10. Did you have to include civil engineering? I don't think you would be allowed do it in our area without engineering, which would eat up a chunk of the budget right off.
