Chris what an excellent garden visit. Mr Contantin's enthusiasm for his garden is very infectious. You've left me home-sick for my mother's garden, in The Caribbean, which is very similar to Mr Constantin with the exception of sweet potato vines instead of a lawn. I enjoyed this immensely. Thank you for taking the time to share this with us.

Alive Breadfruit outside in FL is impressive. What area & climate zone is Constantine growing his breadfruit tree? That would be nice to get an update in a year or two on his breadfruit. It is interesting to see how he is going to protect it when it gets over 10'. I believe breadfruit doesnt produce fruit when it is a small tree.
As for his coconut palm dilemma – I suggest Constantine should try to water it with sea water at least once a week. I see a bit more liveliness on my cocos once I started watering them with Pacific ocean water.

I got more rare species fruit 🌲 in Naples FL also edible vegetables & 🌿.
