😊😊😊😊😊😊💗 thank you for sharing
Happy fall gardening to you both.
Hi Robbie, love your work, advice & personality 🎉 Did you originally buy soil to put in the totes 2 years ago, or did you use the stuff you made with scraps and pine needles from the trees? Spring is in the air here and I’m excited about planting my sprouted seed potatoes into pots with my homemade compost. 🤞
Meanwhile in ny…it WAS a real feel of 37 degrees this am…lol everything is almost dead except kale!
yay rainbow garden!! happy birthday!
This last Spring, had some things planted, it got really hot fast, everything burned up and has not let up till a little bit now, so my growing stage this year sucked big time.
Those baby tomatoes feel to the ground, I felt that 😩 in my soul. Thank you for picking them up.
Robbie and Gary thank you so much for all the information on humming birds and container gardening. My hummers love the feeders made from the plastic 'take out' sauce containers although I bought mine new. I never knew about growing so many different veggies in containers or totes. Have grown cherry tomatoes for several years and grey squash this year. I'm going to try sprouting broccoli and small watermelon for next year in totes. Also got more mint and am making mint tea. I love it!
Was wondering if you can put the date that you put out the video in the description some how. I'm watching all your videos on gardening and I have subscribed and clicked on the notifications, but I am not getting notified. It's hard for me to know which are newer and which are older.
And I love seeing your dogs, especially Kitty. I'm growing the broccoli to share with my dogs. They love all kinds of veggies, but haven't picked them fresh from the garden.
Thank you again from Oklahoma!
I love your garden and hummers!
I’m in So Cal.
So inspired.
I love adorable little Kitty! Those watermelons look delicious. Everything looks so good.
I love watching you guys, thank you for keeping it real 😍
I see you have a bunch of small containers with healthy plants. I have a bunch of those 32 ounce yogurt containers.. what edibles do you think would grow to maturity in that size container?
Brilliant ideas!!
The plants are awesome~
Thank you for sharing this video~🤗
Hi Robbie and Gary, you guys always bring the best gardening ideas that anyone can do. From beginnings to master gardeners everyone will learn something. Plus tote gardening is so helpful for us older folks with wonky knees and stiff back!
love your simple setup!
love getting ideas off your setup !
Thank you!
Brad.
NJ zone 10 I think
Robbie, your happy place is a super inspiration to many!👍
Enjoyed seeing your hawk friend.😃💕
I have a tote garden that is not doing that great.I also have two pitchers set up like you. Not a worm in sight Pincher bugs and little white tiny worms> How do I get worms to come? Is it still good to use just beginning
Thank you for an update. I just love your videos.
How cold will the tubs last in Nebraska if I leave the dirt in it.
Got the Tubs on order, will roll by Dollar Tree for the Pitchers…Then home to drill holes. For now, I'm reviewing your AWSOME videos! Thanks so much for sharing like you do!
I love your enthusiasm!!! It's contagious. Thank you for sharing 💜
The pizza garden looks great
I love watching your videos so inspiring
I loved your rainbow gardening in totes. I live in Ohio and was not able to find different colored totes or chairs anywhere in the spring. I even asked friends if they had any they were willing to give up and got 1.
i looked on line and could find the totes but only wanted to order 1 of different colors but could not order only one at a time. So I found 3 totes (all same color) and 3 white chairs at Big Lots. I grew bell peppers in 1 tote and tomatoes in another. (The 3rd one has all my supplies) They all grew wonderfully and it was very easy. Thank you so much for sharing and I plan on trying watermelons next year!
Enjoy your videos so much ~ Thank You!
Hi Robbie and Gary! Your rainbow garden always makes me so happy! Thank you for sharing all your awesome ideas with us! Sending love to Kitty and all the rest of the pups too! ❤️
I love the colours!!! Your colourfully gardens makes me run out my balcony gardens and work!!!
My son and I are sick three days now. And yesterday I've made a tasty soup with some chicken and carrots, celery, green onions, broccoli and cabbage leaves from my balcony gardens with turmeric and ginger!!! I also made a salad with some lettuce, four cherry tomatoes and a cucumber from my balcony gardens!!! These was a delicious meal! And then I've made a tea with lemon verbena and mint, like you have shown us with some honey cause we're having cough…..
Robbie you've changed my life, my time now is soooo precious having all these things to work with. Even now that I'm sick I feel energy and great! Thank you so much Robbie for everything!!!! I owe that to you! God bless you, Garry and all your beautiful family 🙏❤️🌻
Question: can pollinators make it to your watermelon or do you cover after melons are established?
Lovely garden you have
I started a tub garden early last spring inspired by your videos (I watch them all). I've been extremely happy with my tub garden (now have about 30 tubs, all scavenged and thrifted). I'm still picking food from some of them and I live in the mountains of Virginia, which has a four season climate. My one concern is how will my tubs weather over the winter? It snows here and freezes, though not so much as in previous years. Also, some of the tubs aren't perfectly level as my yard has a slight slope, and despite that I've put some wedges beneath them to make them more level, they are bulging a little on the downward side (wet soil too heavy for them?) My husband says to rotate them. What do you think Robbie and Gary?
Robbie I'm having ants in my totes. How do I keep them out?
😍😍😍
Hi Robbie, or can you or someone tell me what to do about my strawberry plant that didn't set fruit but it is still growing leaves and I don't want to get rid of this plant. I just don't know what kind it is.
Your rainbow garden looks awesome 😊!
My garden is my happy place too! 🙂
Who could not smile at this colorful, abundant, achievable garden! 🌈
People must watch your tote garden and snatched all the totes, I have not seen any at all at our thrift store in a long time, except a small clear one here and there.
Hi Robbie and Gary you guys rock at this rainbow garden, 💗
I watch Craigslist for free chairs
Thank you Robbie ! I have my FIRST 2 totes set up today for fall veggies and herbs in Texas ! And Walking onions are coming up as well.
You obviously have a lot of garden knowledge and learn much each year with your experiments in gardening. You are getting better and reaping the harvest. How do you keep caterpillars off of your brassicas ? Good job, …you harvest more than most back-yard gardeners.
You can grow anything in California. Here in the South it's another story. Bugs of every size, shape and color eat most EVERYTHING. Even in my bins that are covered with toul, the bugs emerge. Caterpillars and worms are the worst! Very frustrating.
Hi Robbie, lovely video so informative! Can you please tell me how you did all your plant supports? Thanks in advance
Hi Robbie lovely garden 🪴 looking great 👍🏾
Fall here. So the temp has plummeted. I picked the tomatoes. There is no more time to grow another crop. Love the sunny content. It is wonderful for you though.
