We reached self-sufficiency on our groceries before we even realized it! This is awesome! We hope this serves as an inspiration for everyone out there that wants to also move away from the broken food system.

Did the ground cherry come back as perennial or self seed?
Thats the way to grocery shop. I am having a battle with squash bugs. Too hot to spray with neem oil. Look forward to you sharing.
SHE WOMAN.
Another great video! I harvest on MWF with Sunday's off, even though I'm in the garden every day. I'm in zone 6a so just starting to get outside tomatoes, peppers, and green beans. Your point on not needing much ground is spot on! I'm on 6 acres but garden on less than 1/4 acre. I'm not really doing intensive and like you commented on not bragging but I do produce a lot of food, more than our family can eat anyway. My first garden was one pumpkin plant and a 10ft row of radishes, and I was just as proud of that garden as the one I have now. Your absolutely right, just grow something! Under grow lights, on a balcony, in a pot or two, or in your yard. Just do it.
Great feeling to not spend money at store because you have grown your own. ❤ Y'all are an inspiration for sure. I think I saw John's hands actually working?😉
Do you have a video sharing how to planted your carrots? I'm interested in sowing more densely and yours look great!
Consider me inspired! Love your vlogs! Hoping to build our own greenhouse later this summer. Keep it up! From N. Indiana.
Goodness… I need her to come pick my garden! She's a worker!!!
What a good harvest. I have plans for a big garden next year. I moved from Tulsa that has 1/4 lot to Salina Ok with 40 acres so hopefully it will happen. Y'all put alot of work into your garden and now the benefits are awesome. Happy gardening and Stay Blessed☺
Was that a Ninja Turtle digging in your garden? 😂. Great looking grow spaces. Looking forward to getting ours up and running!
You should be proud of all your doing, your getting crazy production for you space! Keep inspiring guys, your always making me think about how much harder I need to work to keep getting to a point of growing a lot more of our own food
Hey ground chicken is a good sub for ground beef. I use it a lot because of the prices.

"CARROTS" Abby… She got up and left when you said that lol
I'm so glad to have watched this video. You have much to be proud of…and I don't take it as bragging at all… and your Dad jokes are as bad as ever lol
Your daughter looks so cute with the basket on her back, a little turtle 🐢 😂
This is awesome! Cannot wait to get the farm restored and grow all my food. I hardly have produce ready😢. Have a blessed week! Wendy❤️🐞🐝
