The challenge of this design/build project was incorporating a Japanese Garden into a front yard residential landscape. The homeowner is from Hawaii and wanted a Japanese Garden to remind her of her home state and ocean, complete with a Torri Gate and bridge. Buff flagstone patios and pathways wind around the garden with three waterfalls cascading over moss rock. A cedar Torri Gate and bridge, lights, washed Mexican beach pebbles, aquatic plants and koi fish add to the traditional look and feel of the garden.
