Garden Plans, Feeding the Fish in the Aquaponics & Ginger Update
G’Day Folks. This weeks vlog is looking at a few seeds we’re going to be sowing out, harvests from the patch & I snuck in an update on how the ginger is growing in the Root Pouch garden bed right at the end.
Hope you enjoy this quick update & your gardens are booming. Cheers all. 🐟 🌱🍅

  2. I subscribed after seeing a video about growing gingers, and you did not disappoint by showing more gingers immediately in the next video you put out! haha. Thanks for offering tips and tricks and reminders to those of us growing on the other side of the hemisphere! I gotta get started on those gingers! Obviously not expecting a big crop haul like yours, but I can do with a little haul!

  3. Really appreciate the nod to us in the Northern Hemisphere who are not blessed with your fantastic climate 😉 Keep up the good work mate!

  4. My daughter was watching your channel with me and she say: DAD I like to grow some bananas like he was growing. I cannot tell her that we cannot grow them where we live. But I am happy she loves the Idea of growing her own food.

  5. Love the channel! Just finished setting up my 1st wicking bed with turmeric! And installing a hydroponics set up with a bell siphon 🙂 I'm having trouble getting my sweet potato spuds to sprout though. I have them sitting in a jar of water. How long would you wait before giving up and getting new spuds? Thank you 🙂

  6. Hey mate, have you had any issues with root rot after all this rain? I lost all of my rhubarb and all but one rosella. Heartbreaking…

  7. Really liked this episode especially what we should be growing or sewing at this time of the year here in Brisbane, have you done a guide on a year round growing for Dummies, I’ve been learning the hard way lol so if you did could I have the link please thanks

  8. Here in Brazil one of my tanks reaches 32°C almost every day due to sun light, while my second tank stays stable at 25°C because it's covered all the way. You can imagine the amount of food that my Tilapias are eating… Cheers mate!

  9. How your garden doth grow, Rob! Lovely little harvest. I grew up with banana trees as ornamentals in Southern California, but I saw nary a one there with fruit on it. Nice to see that yours are more than just a pretty face, lol.
