Gardening tips from Gundry

  1. Thanks, I let my garden grow over with grass since starting this program I used to plant all the night shades you mention. I kind of miss them . I looked forward all year to the taste of a summer home grown tomato. The Herb garden will get me back in the swing of growing again.

  2. Awesome video. Thanks to you i have changed my diet and regained health. What do you think about common purslane? I have tonnes of it in my garden. Everybody disposes it as weed, but in the morning I saute it before adding eggs. The taste is out of this world.

  3. Your disciplined presentations reflect your intelligence and commitment. You pulled me in. My first year perhaps 75% in line, and this year over 95% on track. I think this is the smartest task I have ever taken on. I'm not over weight , but hyper with high blood pressure. I observe and sense my improved health as a senior on your diet.

  4. Lovely and practical tips for enjoying delicious and healthy foods. Especially, I don't know it's so easy to grow green onions and celeries. I think anyone can do these.

  5. Sorrel & chard are astronomically high in oxalates. Not a good recommendation for anyone, let alone people with health problems, or those looking to achieve longevity.
