  1. Have you had any luck growing Turmeric? I have been unsuccessful. Your ginger root looks good! Nice herb garden. 🙂

  2. Thanks Donna for the update on your herb  container garden.  They look FANTASTIC.  They have really have grown a lot and so healthy looking. Do you have Lemon Grass in containers this year or in the garden?

  3. Thanks for sharing your knowledge about container plantings.  Some of that info helped me with mine this year.

  4. Why do you pull the green onions? I have some I planted last year and am still harvesting them. I just cut them at the stem right below where the leaves* all come together and they regrow in about a week. Everything looks great around there. I made the mistake of planting my mint in the ground I am now learning why everyone says to plant it in pots lol

  5. Cooking must be such a joy with all those lovely fresh herbs at your disposal!  I'm gonna start container gardening because I'd love to have easy access to fresh greens and herbs.  I loved your video on growing the sweet potatoes, and the fact that their leaves are easy to grow and can be used like spinach will help me loads.  Thank you! 🙂   <3

  6. Nice tips Donna! Chervil is one of my favorite herb, I love it in my salads. It bolts quickly when it gets hot so like cilantro I reseed it in a shadier part of the garden in summer.

  7. you know you can cut green onion tops off and they will regrow many times. I had store bought green onions that I replanted. They grew all year long here in 7b in my shady garden.

  8. what do you use to start your seedlings?  The Mel's mix?  Asking because those peppers are gorgeous and so healthy!!

  9. Just in case you're not aware, You can trim green onions and they will grow right back again and again.

  10. Hello and thanks for your tips🌻. I have always wanted to grow a citrus tree on my very sunny deck and move it inside in winter (I'm in the Midwest), but I haven't heard great things about raising them indoors. Can you give me your best advice for caring for them indoors. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you🌻

  11. Every gardener who makes videos should start the same way as you…..with zone information, weather info, date and all…. many times we see videos about planting but we don't know what zone they are in. Great information 😘
