After some huge success growing sunflowers at my buddy’s house last year, I decided I needed to break out the seeds I saved from those plants to plant some sunflowers in my container garden. How tall will these sunflowers grow this season? #sunflowerchallenge2019

I wish I would have known about this challenge when I had my 8-foot tall sunflowers. I still have seeds from them and I guess it's not too late to plant them. But I find that when they're planted in the ground they grow taller than when they're planted in the containers. Also I just sub to your channel I follow you on Instagram.
Brilliant that you’re taking part in the #SunflowerChallenge2019. They’ll grow quickly at this time of year. Good luck with the challenge 🌻🌻👍🏼
To those watching this year, be sure to check out Nick's Allotment Diary for the announcement of this year's (2020) challenge! One of the categories is growing the tallest sunflower in a container, so use this video series as a guide for how it's done. #sunflowerchallenge2020
