Front Yard Garden

Front Yard VISION | Yard to GARDEN

In this video Jonah and I discuss the vision going forward of transforming my front yard into an edible landscape oasis!
~
Originally I was just going to do edible landscaping around the house but NOW I want to go ALL OUT. No holding back.
~
I want to show folks what is possible.
~
And show you that YOU can do this too. If you fall in the spectrum between one pot in the windowsill to a total yard transformation….you fit the bill.
~
You qualify.
~
You got this.
~
Stay tuned for updates on this vision going forward! It will all be happening SOON.
~
Blessings

  1. Cant wait to see ๐Ÿ™‚ it's so satisfying when visions come to fruition. I love spending time in my backyard now, it used to be a mud pit in winter or dust patch in summer, weeds everywhere. Now it's a food forest with raised garden beds for annual veges and flowers. And it will only keep getting more beautiful. Looking forward to seeing yours transform I bet it will be amazing ๐Ÿ‘Œ IG is plant_filled_abode ๐Ÿ™Œ

  2. Hello from South Africa. Enjoy watching you progress and grow. Wonderful that you are proud to share your faith.

  3. Sounds like a great idea. Try growing black pepper corn ivies. 1 or 2 ivy will be enuf for entire year's supply plus to share with loved ones. But the ivy needs something to climb on. I mentioned this to Justin Rhodes comment section few months back. But he got like a million followers n my message was buried under thousands of comments.

Jonah has some new sheen on his face. ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŒž And mustache is making Ben look dull n Not eaten or slept for few days. And it's more evident because Jonah is shining. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜… – just a fair analysis.

  4. Don't use chicken manure. Use cow, sheep, or horse. I used cattle and it comes ready equipped with mycelium. Choice for the cause.. cardboard, leaves , old hay and cow manure worked wonders for my soil. Then I got some free wood chips for the walk ways. Similar to your back yard setup. Grow the world!

  5. Will you put a faience around the yard to keep people & dogs out? So no one will walk on it? I to have them only use the walk ways you pot in it? I was thinking you could make your yard in to a maze & that way it be a really fun place to walk in to see how it looks. It be really cool to see you make your yard in to a food maze. I could see you doing that.

  6. Dad was a forward thinker……In the 1970's he planted a vegetable garden in the front yard of our Arlington, VA home. We had a LOT of people drive by VERY slowly. But we ate well out of that garden!

  7. A lot of garden plants are under rated for their beauty, for example, yellow squash plants are amazing and beautiful.

  8. A very nice vision to inculcate the joy of gardening in the hearts of youngsters by linking it with growing edibles organically
