We don’t often present the meals we make with the food we harvest; however, in this video we have found a very simple baked eggplant recipe that is absolutely delicious!
With a few ingredients harvested from our garden and a few modifications to the recipe, we have found an amazing way to enjoy our eggplants, in addition to the many other ways we eat them.
