  1. Hi Jessica, LOL on the dental hygiene! I ordered laundry strips and received a Toro leaf blower. They refunded my money and told me to keep the blower. I however still needed laundry strips. Always a coin toss with Amazon.Happy gardening. I am planting tomorrow after today's rain the soil should be quite workable.

  2. I'm feeling like I'm getting things ready for the garden! Seeds are going to be going in the ground really soon! What have you planted outside in your gardens already?

  3. You have a lifetime supply of Halloween gifts and Stocking stuffers snd birthday gifts too. LOL or subscriber giveaways.. haha

  4. Funny you should post this today lol. I just filled up some 2" pots with soil to warm up so I can up pot my peppers which are going wild. Still can't put them out for another 2 months XD
I need to get compost from the city at the beginning of May before I can plant anything out. The soil I got last year was apparently quite lacking in nutrients and everything except my peas died in it =/

  5. Haven't planted outside quite yet. May 15th we'll put things in the ground. But we have started seeds indoors. Those will be transfered to my cheapo plastic greenhouse in April. Floss picks are important to gardening. You can't chew produce if you've lost your teeth to poor dental hygiene lol

  6. I may do the same and make my goal 1,000 pounds of produce. I have no idea how much I grow pound wise.
I wanted to say that I don't care for the colored swiss chard either. Have you tried fordhook giant chard? It's quite good. It's similar to spinach. You can cook the leaf separate and use the stems like lasagna noodles. Space it further apart, it grows about 24" tall and you can harvest the outside leaves and grow it well into the fall under a frost blanket. You get a lot of bang for the buck out of it.

  7. Wow. Those corners are cool. Awesome that your corners won’t get pushed apart or damaged from the weather.
