We call it in the Philippines “Puto Bumbong”
Di daerahku, padi yang belum ditumbuk disebut "gabah". Tempat menumbuk padi: "lumpang"(biasanya terbuat dari batu), sedang alat penumbuknya: "alu". Ada lumpang yang bentuknya panjang mirip perahu(terbuat dari kayu): "lesung". Biasanya dipakai sampai 4 orang bersamaan. Nasi yang sedang kau buat di Jawa tidak ada. Tapi sekarang ada "nasi bakar" yang dibungkus dengan daun pisang berbentuk memanjang, tapi biasanya sudah diberi sayur2an didalamnya. Selamat memasak Hien. Semoga jualannys laris.
