My husband and I built an 832sq ft home during COVID as an investment, sold it for a profit, and moved back to the city recently! We miss this home! The beautiful house we shed literal blood, sweat and tears into, designed and did most of it ourselves! We worked on the outside right before listing – landscaping is SO IMPORTANT when selling your home. We didn’t have a ton of money to work with, but we knew we had sweat equity and some know-how:)
