Just a side note though, I would plant the mint in a pot of its own. Mint tends to take over the space. I have 12 raised garden beds and we have a whole bed dedicated to mint. It just took over the bed over the past couple years.

On the topic of vitamins my doctor recommended collagen and I was having random panic attacks and after some research I learned that collagen is linked to anxiety and panic attacks. Just felt called to share that. 😊 hope it helps someone.
