  1. Way cool info on willows as root stimulators. It makes sense given their preferred location near water where all life begins. Cuttings of the survivors makes perfect sense too. We are using local parent stock to clone recruits for the next forests, there is a method for their survival, it just isn't written down succinctly yet. Thank you for your insight.

  2. Hey Mike second question for you…what is the perfect soil composition for Rose plant…??

  3. Hi
I want to buy Hormodin 3. Currently Amazon is out of stock.
    I live in Vietnam
Can you give me the link to buy the product at the best price.
I love cuttings, and am looking for a good product to use

  4. Thanks So much. I wasn't wanting to spend the money on a hormone, and I have a big beautiful aloe, and some white willow bark supplements…

  5. I tried air layering several cherry branches with zero success. Which rooting hormone works for propagating cherry trees? Any recommendations?

  6. You mention anti fungal properties, what about mixing rooting hormone and honey? That being said, I do have an aloe, never thought about that before.

  7. question, i have some hardwood dogwood cuttings… from 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick… 4 to 7 inch long…planted in a mixture of sand and cactus/ perlite soil….some videos say water and cover with plastic bag to create mini greenhouse and open once a week to let in fresh air… others say no cover and make sure sand doesnt get dry, better to not get mold and kill the roots…. whats is the best way???

  8. Hi Mike I’ve taken a cutting from a shrub bush no idea what plant it’s called but it’s a woody thick stem which I cut which Rooting Hormones would you suggest. ? Thank you from the u.k

  9. Mike..
you are good teacher to learn how to use roots to growing up beautiful flowers and plants !😁😁👋👋🌿🌿🌺🌹🌷

  10. Another super powerful video! Thank you. So does using the rooting chemicals do something to the makeup of the plants? Meaning they won't ever be organic?

  11. I. Am so glad that aloe can be used. I only use organic. I don't want any chemicals in our plants or yard. So thanks Mike .

  12. Have you ever used lentils?
People make some lentils powder to use as a root stimulator.
Sometimes I intentionally put a lentil to grow together of my cuttings and I think it works.

  13. Is it safe to use clonex on food crops? I used it on basil and lemon balm cuttings but then had a doubt about whether it would be ok to eat the plant that grows…

  14. Below here Mr Alan Hiatt has suggested an experiment with a good combination of treatments and replications. 👌

If that experiment is conducted, one may get dependable results..👍🙏🌹

Never the less, it is already quite informative in this video..
Pains taking effort is highly appreciated👌👍🙏🌹

  15. For aloe vera, do you stick the cutting into a piece of aloe vera that you cut off or just dip it in the gel? Then do you plant it straight away or root it in water?

  16. How do I get the correct amount of moisture for a green giant Arborvitae tree cutting? I took a cutting, clipped it down just like you do, shaved about a half inch from the bottom of the stems outer layer and dipped it in the Clonex gel. I used a solo cup with the bottom slit so it can drain. I have it sitting in a shaded spot. But the cutting look like they are starting to brown. Are they dying? How do I know how much water they need?
