Decorating Our Fireplace Mantel for Christmas 2022 | Christmas Decorating Ideas



I am decorating our fireplace mantel for Christmas 2022. I hope I can give you some Christmas decorating ideas for your own fireplace mantel. I am going a bit traditional here like I did last year. I am using our victorian style ornate gold ball ornaments along with our vintage fruit picks in this space. You will also notice how I added just a few blue ornaments to transition our blue and gold space into the Kitchen area of our house. You watched the making of the sleigh and basket arrangement I am using in this space in the past videos now everything is coming together with the garland and lights, ornaments and picks for this space. I love to decorate the mantel every season and Christmas is our favorite season. At our home it lasts as long as any other season.     I saw a decorator on Tiktok use a long piece of chicken wire made into a tunnel and help with command hooks. You can slide all of your greens and flowers in and it holds.

    Hi ya Jeff the mantle looks beautiful. I went out with Jeff to look in my favourite store for Christmas decorations he knows Jeff and he asked me to come in tomorrow when he's got all the Christmas decorations out . He watches for me at Christmas to tell me what's new . Him and Jeff talk why I'm looking around , his mum is lovely she comes and talks to me asking if I need help she knows my eyes aren't that good anymore . But I love getting all the gossip off her she's so funny . I went in and saw yep white deer . And a beautiful glass church . Love how you got blue in the decoration on the fire .     I like this “minimalist” look. I love the fruit and have some similar pieces including a couple topiary style Christmas fruit trees. Super pretty.
