Happy that you have shared this video. I am familiar with the area. A downside to this location is that there is a transportation challenge. It's difficult to get taxi to go into May Pen town. The area is quiet. If you have a motor vehicle it would be a wonderful buy. For that amount of land space the cost is very reasonable. I have been house hunting for over 1 year now and it's getting harder and harder to find a affordable house. I might just apply for it and see what happens.
