Build it in part of central park.its a big space.
I think to keep everybody happy they could just build a big building but have it up high in the air eight stories and still keep the park in the bottom and try to pipe in natural sunlight🙌💯✅💥
affordable housing = 99% thugs
It's because the Italians don't want the Moolies around.
Governor’s island has been completely empty for as long as I can remember, why not use those already built empty buildings? Dummies are in charge of NyC!
Well if it's burned up then what
Italians don't even belong here,
build them buildings up for affordable housing it’s needed those parks do nothing there ….
Immigrants against Senior Citizen housing ookkay sounds typical of these people
the apartments are affordable while on paper, as soon as the first dudes start to come in they won't be affordable anymore… better stay with the trees.
Isn't that segregation and racism to have a lil Italy what happened to integration
Keep it as is
Irrelevant YouTube infomercials!
Development Development! Affordable housing …..???? There are plenty of vacant buildings on the Bowery, Rivington and Orchard streets!
NYC GOVERNMENT out to chop down more trees and bushes.
Knock down the garden and build a ghetto
affordable housing benefits the developers. keep it green. brooklyn is losing all its green space. Elton housing has no play ground big enough for a soccer field or athletic track. however, Elton housing is in progress more than ten years.
move these affordable housing to the Bronx or Staten Island
