  1. I've been wanting to do this, but it seems messy and smelly. You're video makes it seem do-able. This worm farm composter looks very well made. I hope I win!

  2. Gardeners Supply is a great company ..I have the Worm Factory but I do like the design of this worm farm better..Love the fact that it has the screen to keep the worms out of the worm tea ..Thanks for sharing 🙂

  3. This is a great looking vermicomposting system. Would love to have a set up like this one, kids would dig it!

  4. It'a a -5.8 degrees this morning. Staying inside to do a worm farm sounds very good to me. Thanks for the opportunity to win such a COOL project to get everyone involved!

  5. Looks like a great way to get started, it's inconspicuous enough that you won't have to deal with upset inlaws or other family members complaining about your having "filthy worms!" in the house.

  6. Would love to add this to my little backyard homestead !!! Would be great to be able to make your own instead of buying them .I love Gardner Supply!!

  7. This is a design that looks different that what I have seen before – very nice. Looks like the 2 trays are quite large and -wow a catch basin for the worm tea! I wonder, if anyone has had experience, with worms becoming too prolific and escaping? I woukd hate to be on a worm hunt in my pantry!

  8. Oh my goodness this is what I been thinking about this. If I don't win. I will be buying one of these worm composting farms.

  9. Would love to win this worm farm composter! I had a homemade worm farm but something went wrong and I lost my worms. This would be a great chance to start over. Thanks!

  10. Hope I'm not too late to enter. My daughter would love this because it looks so easy to use. The perfect size for a 5 year old to start a gardening adventure.

  11. This is awesome! Worms are so critical for gardening, and this is on my list of farm additions. This would also help provide a healthy food supply for our rescued turtle. Would sure beat going out hunting in the rain! Poor thing was found after being hit and left for dead on the road, all busted up. She healed, but can't close up all the way for peotection so…. lol.

  12. Great review! I loved having worms back in the day, we even went to a worm farm to see how amazing they are on a large scale – they can eat some waste!! (And make it!!) Great as always to see your shining face 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

  13. Thank you and gardeners supply for sharing this. This looks like a win for any home — compact enough for smaller homes yet large enough to get a good worm composting established in your home . I always wanted to start a worm compost but felt overwhelmed by other products

  14. I've been searching the channels I'm subscribed to, looking for vermicomposting, and this came up. Then, you have the video announcing the winner, and then…nothing. It's been five years; are you still doing this? Do you have more information to share? Thank you.
