Great house but due to the outside facilities, more suited to the likes of Marbella more than northern England.
I also don't like "smart" houses much, what if the internet goes down ?

Couldn’t live there year round, no closets or much by way of wardrobe space, but as a weekend pad (and so close to Blackpool) it’s unrivalled!

This property is absolutely incredible and you did justice with your amazing tour! Black bathrooms, doors and furniture is not my thing and there's too much glass but I can't fault the quality and originality of the design, materials and furniture. Shame it's in the North though. I live 40 mins away and it's always wet and cold so good luck with the outside space. Very unique property.

not sure about the architecture – looks like a furniture or car showroom (although a hIgh end one for sure)
The flyarousn : exterior looks like the entrance to a shopping mall dentist’s, interior looks as soulless as a 1970s office block. OK, we don’t need twee mock-tudor, but this is dismal.
And 12k square feet is frankly an obscene waste of resources in this day and age.
why do you need 9 bathrooms in a 4 bedroom house??????
