I’m back with a new stop motion speedbuild + tips & tricks video! In this The Sims 4 video I show you how I built the Build “Copperdale House”. Like all my houses this one is completely No CC!

This The Sims 4 House contains the following rooms and areas:

– 1 kitchen (open concept)
– 1 living room with a fireplace
– 1 separate dining room with a functional sitting area and a fireplace
– 4 bathrooms
– 2 bedrooms for teenagers
– 1 master bedroom with a fireplace, a walk-in closet & an office
– An outdoor area with a pool + a functional lounger over the pool
– An outdoor seating area with a barbecue area

I use the Tool Mod from Twisted Mexi for my Sims 4 builds! You will find hints in the video, in addition, the video says which Tool Mod values I have used. Unfortunately, this mod can only be used on the PC. BUT to download my houses, you must NOT have installed the mod. All objects are downloaded in the same position as you can see in the video. This means that Pc AND console players can use my houses. You only need the same packs of game that I used.

In case console players also want to use rotated objects: I’ll provide you with new rooms in The Sims 4 gallery from time to time, where you can find rotated and resized objects. With the help of these rooms console players have more possibilities in The Sims 4 build mode!
