hello phoung, i admire your resourcefulness but for me, before achieving such project, there should be proper planning, upgrading your water source for the upcoming winter… you must first build a water tank, then find the ample source of water that you'll lead that water from that source to your tank, water is difficult during winter time, so its you've a stockpile of it … am i right?
