  1. Live edge looks better to me. Don’t understand all the hate, if you don’t like it don’t do it. I’ve had mine like this for 2yrs now. Quick clean up in the spring and your done. Haven’t had any issues.

  2. If you have the money OR the time this is a great idea. Unfortunately I have neither. I do agree that the before edging looks like crap and needs to be redone. People often have 2-3 inches pof the plastic edging showing and they look poorly. I shoot for 1-1.5 inches showing and it looks 100% better. Additionally, not cleaning our old mulch before you add new is just asking for problems over the long run as you get a mound that looks horrible.

  3. Thank you for what you said about stressors! Currently going through it and I really like the “good” you shared! I needed that.

  4. Nice vid. Thank you. And I would add, plant positive seeds, always put out good vibes and keep an attitude of gratitude. I try to do this everyday, though I don’t always succeed. I just try harder. If you fall down, get up!

    Good! ❤

  5. I Really like this look, but how can I keep Bermuda from creeping in besides weekly trimming? Any ideas would be appreciated! Great video and wisdom

  6. I don’t know if this is the “check” reference.. it’s not Jocko, but I’m thinking about the lyrics from Dethklok’s “Murmaider” song 😂 (Metalocalypse)

  7. ur intro is really epic i especially like the part about serving the lord

  8. Seems like this works better if you have a grass cultivar that is meant to be maintained short. We have a long variety in a cool season area. I don't see it working for our specific application.
