What year was this being built?
I don't understand Sarah's logic here. She liked the third house because it was new and done well, but she didn't like how she would have to rip out perfectly good finishes that she doesn't personally like, but she also didn't like the house where she didn't like the finishes that she could easily rip out and have no guilt about it. Like talk about a contradiction. You can't buy a house that somehow has the exact finishes you want and that you can do work to. That's asking for a house done to your exact specifications, which you can only have if you build it from scratch. And even then, you're still not going to get exactly what you want, as shown in this episode, lol. God. Sarah. What's wrong with you?!
