I visited the Walmart Garden center (not sponsored) for the first time since winter. This section opened up again for the first time this year. While most of the plants they have are the blooming annuals, they started selling some cactus and succulents as well. This is also the best time to buy for garden supplies – plant pots, fertilizers, gloves and other items for your gardening hobby.

Great choice! 👍I would have definitely chosen those two too. I’ve grown mine for about two years now. They came in the really small pots. It was slow growing at first but once they rooted, they’ve gotten to about 2ft. The ones growing in my oriental garden seems to grow even faster then those at my main front door. I’ll be putting up a video on the oriental garden by end of March. Watch out for it 👀!
I was expecting cool plants…. i dont usually dislike, but monstrose cereus are the exception….

Thank you for taking us along with you, I’m not a huge fan of crested cacti but I have one similar called ‘Wild Crest’. That domino cactus was pretty big, even though I have two already I think I would have bought it lol, and to see what the little stowaway cactus was in the pot also! 😊👍☀️🌵

I have the first cactus you picked up, the curiosity plant. It's very small though, just a 2" pot, but it's So Cute! I really like the second one too. Your Walmart does a great job on plants!
