    Aaron makes me want to pop. When I had my landscape company I did the exact same thing. Eventually I had to put a freeze on my spending and pay it off. Let me tell you it’s easy to finance things but it’s much more painful to pay it off. I can no longer in my new business take on large debt. Debt kills me inside and out.

    Poor Arron has a serious spending problem. He can't manage what he has and is going to order another truck. Only 2k in the bank is scary. He really needs to sell the truck he has and he could cash out on 2-3 older trucks with zero debt.

    If what these guys are doing makes them happy, great. I hope for their sake they take at least 25% of the advice they are given. Unfortunately most of them are the cause of their own problems and unlikely to change. Great video Mike. Reminds me why I downsized and streamlined my business.

    Aaron makes me nervous, he’s one slip up away from bankruptcy. It seems like he doesn’t like change either. He thinks his way is working cause he listens to guys that tells him what he wants to hear instead of hearing what Mike is saying. I hope he changes and wish him the best.

    I'm not trying to talk down on dude but he is pretty dumb for debt and wanting to fire guys for not making a video. Maybe they don't wanna be on camera maybe they are uncomfortable filming a video for your social media. I stead of forcing your part onto them then maybe you should have prerecorded a few videos yourselve. This is ridiculous. If he fires dude then dude can probably sue for that.
