  1. Good morning Jenny!! Its cold here in NC. I had to cover up my plant starts last night. It's supposed to go down to the 20's. Brrrr! Thanks for sharing and I will fertilize my trees as well. Your really helping me with my garden. Have a great day!

  2. I certainly recognize that cry, “Oh no , Oh no! My poor forsythia!” When you work in a garden, mishaps are part of life and thankfully life goes on and so does the garden!

  3. Lol! I remember Gingko's growing up. Nice to know. It is a beautiful tree. I didn't like that stinky pigeon smell. Yuck! I love the leaves.

  4. Watching your video and had to laugh when Jerry stepped on another plant. My sweet husband two times this year accidentally stepped on two different new plant delights specialties. 🙈that’s gardening .

  5. My husband would like for Brenna to wear a go-pro for a few days. Maybe see what she sees and where she goes.

  6. Those wonderful boys are making good progress with the production building! Jenny your camellias are looking beautiful! Oops on the forsythia 😯. I'm really liking the trees you have planted in your backyard flowerbeds. That slender hinoki is so cute and pretty color on the ginkgo. That little gem magnolia is really pretty. I'm thinking about one of those for my front yard. Can you tell me, are they messy? I've heard and seen the big magnolias are. Appreciate your thoughts.

  7. Your salvias, if you left the top growth to protect the crown or if you trimmed back but leaf mulched them, would that help them come back in the spring?

  8. You shouldn't bother with digging out Vertigo grasses, just tighten them with rope and cut them on soil level end let roots decompose. It's nice to see progress on your new building, I like your winter videos and showing what you do to improve your production. Keep up with good work ☺️

  9. My japonicas (over fifty years old! ) bloom from mid February til April. They are usually in full bloom when the azaleas are starting at the end of march. All under planted with blue and white agapanthus.

  10. Hi Jenny 🌺beautiful work you can plant westeria climbing on the roof . The camelias the gardenias the magnolia looks amazing and the other plants . Have awonderful day .🌷🌺🌷

  11. Water and Ice shield goes on the edge, then they dry in the rest with underlayment paper. 😄 At least that is what my husband who's been a roofer for 30 years and owns his own roofing and exterior company would do. 😉

  12. Great tour. Fantastic. Thank you so very much for sharing this with us.🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

  13. I was feeling your pain,, when I heard “Oh no , Oh no! My poor forsythia!” Then I figured you should take those broken stems and put them in the warm greenhouse in a bucket of water, and they will root for you,, so you can pop it back in next to the one that's already there.
[2] When I have anything that is too hard to dig out, .. I will just auger [3"] around it to loosen the ground up a bit, then put a cable around them, and pull them out with the wench on the work truck. WHY use more muscle power than you need to. Save that for other jobs. lol
[3] My eye always goes to the back deck,, which turned out so nice,,, but then my eye suddenly goes directly to the Berm. It really does make a difference from before. WISE CHOICE!
[4] At the end when I heard the beeping over your talking, I thought.. "WHAT DID SHE SAY" that got censored out. roflmbo!!!
    Great Video Update!!

  14. My agastache is still full of blooms and I’m in zone 5b. Should I dehead the blooms like yours ?
