   I make a bomb chocolate mousse cake with ganache icing my family thought I got it from like a top-notch bakery when I brought it because I got a individual cake box and everything to bring it to the party and I’m like no I made that from scratch and they’re like you did it’s like bomb and they said you have to bring it and make it every time we have a family gathering I’m like no it’s not gonna be every time sorry like I don’t even have the space to bake like that anymore and the place removed to six years ago hopefully that will change and get back into a place it more suits our needs and has the space in the kitchen for me to be able to personally bake like I used to oh and be social and have friends over like I used to which I miss so much! But yeah I get what you mean about the cookies but everybody has their preference of how they like their cookies but never under bake cookies or any kind of handheld dessert not a good thing and I never got how anybody likes raw cookie dough like doesn’t everybody realize that a lot of the cookie dough that they buy at the store that people usually eats out of the package RAW actually has a product in it like you can get sick from doing something like that now you can make cookie dough that has no egg product in it but you’re not gonna find that over the counter in a grocery store though..

   There’s an amazing family bakery in Germantown that’s been run by the mother for so long in New York and also Germantown Maryland until she passed unfortunately her daughters did not want to run the store but still working passionate about their mothers business because everything has been passed down and in the family for so long so they partnered up with someone that kept that going and still kept them in the loop which was amazing and there’s another Bakery in Maryland I think it’s in Sykesville but I’m not 100% it’s a family run bakery as well and their Chinese restaurant is right next-door to the bakery they have the most amazing desserts that are very complex and different but amazingly wonderful they have a couple things that you would usually get but mainly uniquely made desserts pacifically made with their traditions an phenomenal service on top of the quality that goes into the desserts Ontop of thee elegance that they put into the desert as well as top notch excellence such an amazing place!
