How Not To Plant A Tree! 😜

#plantingtrees #nativeplants
In this quick video, I’ll show you how I was able to get my Cornus Florida ‘Appalachian Spring’ tree planted. It was a little messy doing it on my own, but it is done! I am looking forward to years of watching it grow and bloom in my front yard. Planting a tree is a great way to help improve your environment, and it’s a fun project that you can do with others.

  1. I can't wait to see your new tree in bloom! It has given you a good start on removing that invasive. Just keep making that tree root area bigger and bigger! πŸ˜† hahaha
I totally understand how the invasives can be overwhelming. We have 3 acres of woods full of Asian Honeysuckle and Japanese Honeysuckle. I've finally gotten the Garlic Mustard down to 1 grocery bagful each year. When I started we filled 3 black garbage bags. Ferns, Mayapples, and Trilliums have rewarded those efforts.
