    Dylan is such a good dude. I wonder why he can’t get a legit commercial lease and why it has to be some non traditional space. Without any knowledge on the subject, I guess the price to lease zoned land must be cost prohibitive. Loved the hat btw 😊

    I feel so bad for the dude that can’t stop getting more debt, he can’t even afford a coffe every morning thats just sad , he can’t see how badly he hurts his business, and his daughter being sick really hurts him. I wish him the best. Bro please stop killing your business, the smart business focuses on running the business very efficient , cutting cost, high out put.
    2 of my guys made me 30k in 3 days , I pay them 180 to 220 a day thats only 600 per day , plus operating cost, fuel is only 22 bucks every other day, I have cng trucks. Now thats a good deal , I am giving 1k to each guy as a bonus this December 31 I am proud of my guys

    For 14k you can get a walker which is what they use a lot in Arizona, they cut really short and more reliable. Cub cadet is trash

    Great series Mike !
    The moving company would seem like a real uphill battle cause its ALL dependent on Labor! If you got no labor showing up then your down!- At least in lawn/Landscape you can get equipment to work and at least make a great solo living – They dont make equipment to haul sofas -climb steps and pack boxes and load trucks. Seems to me there is alot of liability in touching peoples belongings cause of damage – breakage-scratching walls/door frames moving things not to mention employee theft and employees getting hurt. Wonder what kind of insurance he has to have?

    Common fellah, rent your equipment until the math doesn't make sense. For example, youre renting a piece of equipment once a week and the costs add up to more than a monthly note. Renting is a great, no maintenance, no cleaning, no fixing the machine, no insuring the machine. Beat the hell out of it and drop it back off. Aaron you need to watch more of mikes videos. I wish you the best brother, you will figure it out.

I believe you will blow up shortly, you kick ass Mike! thank you for all you do. I am not even in lawn care or landscaping but I apply your ideas to my pressure washing and exterior cleaning business.
