They are awesome tasting!! We like the butternut a lot but I grew a North Georgia Candy Roaster this year and those are the best squash I’ve ever ate!!
The ice cream scoop is a really good idea!!
I think it didn’t have enough flavor because it was harvested before it’s mature date. If it was 70-80 days old when they mature it would have had more flavor
