You 2 are a breath of fresh air for me to watch. Thank you for sharing a glimpse into your lives. You are true patriots, teaching us the old ways that have been forgotten and even in some cases forbidden. It's all by design that we are taught none of this in school. You guys are 100% in balancing the truth…we've got Stacy whom shares a lot of homesteading info, and we have the real news from you Doug…with likemindedness of the masses on all of what is going down nationwide/worldwide. the last time I got water at costco it was between 4-5 dollars. I went to get 3 cases and water was almost 8 dollars (7 something). Not surprised, but surprised. Good thing they can't charge for the air we breathe, thank God.

So THANKFUL for you!! Doug & Stacy!! I just read the book Eat Right 4 Your Type that I've had on book shelf for years! 😬 I'm a type O+ and would like your input Stacy on how you do with fermented veggies and the balsamic vinegar dressing you make? I've been doing those, we also have goats for goats milk and cheese, our own chickens, quail, pheasants, and we get fresh cows milk and cream from a farmer. Reading this book says I shouldnt have those things, nor cabbage, vinegar or pickles for type 0. I also realize that since this book has been released we have learned how important healthy fats are and how heavily pesticide laden soy and seed oils are. I have been following a keto plan getting off all sugar since August when I got sick with bronchitis. I also have transitioned to Einkorn sourdough for bread making and using Einkorn and Kamut for flour. I'm curious what your thoughts are on all this? 😬Thanks!
