  1. I am looking forward to this project. I am having a hard time finding the first video to watch. Would you be able to show me the place to find it,

  2. What a wonderful start to 2023. I did "a spool" with Anne Brooke some time ago and it hangs vertically so that I can see the work that has gone into it. … I think to myself…. how did I accomplish all that and everytime I see it , I am pleased..

  3. Hi Rachel, I am looking forward (with trepidation) to this project – I am still working on the first project, I find it difficult, but am getting there and learning loads! and I have a spool that I was wondering what to do with, so perfect xx

  4. This sounds wonderful. I think I have a rough plan for the path that’s going meander through the piece. But I’m not sure I even understand exactly what we’re going to be doing. I am sure that I’m going to build a spool out of some copper piping and a couple of flanges. Hmmm!! So much to think about. Thank you for all you do and thank you for sharing all this wonderfulness with us. 💕🥰💕

  5. Sounds awesome, can't wait. I really enjoyed journal of stitchery. Thank you lovely ladies Rachel, Sarah and Judy x

  6. Wondering…can you guesstimate the length of the finished roll? Or at least what you personally are shooting for?
I thought of two more ideas for formatting…a BELL PULL or a TABLE RUNNER.

  7. How exciting adventures to start next year cant wait too see what you and Sarah do ❤❤❤❤

  8. I was so excited I ordered 2 spool cripes..one spool 55.00 to nz can't afford 2 hilarious ..jyst a great theme 👌

  9. I can’t tell you how excited I am about this project! Combining two of my very favourite things: sewing and the garden! The perfect summer project here in Australia. Thank you so much for creating these wonderful stitching adventures🌼

  10. This will be a fun project! I love all the different ideas of how to display the garden! I'll have to think about how I want to do mine….spool, wall hanging…..other? Looking forward to it! Thank you!

  11. You have a awesome hoarding stash Rachel. lm really looking forward to this project, a great theme, l have plenty of fabrics for this theme.
    Hugs Susanna xx 😄♥️🪡🧵

  12. Woohoo! Finished my first journal of stitchery half way through my second journal. This will get me moving so I’m ready for 2023 stitching ❤ Thank you Rachel and Sarah 🧸hugs

  13. Sounds exciting. But finding a spool might prove daunting. We'll see. I might try to make one… 🤔 stay safe ❤️

  14. Wow, this is so exciting Rachel, so much to think about that for me it will mean putting away a lot of stuff that I have stacks. All that I obviously want is in this project that will make my family happy as my lounge room is my sewing room, and it is everywhere, I will be able to separate it like you have and take out what I want for a couple of sections at a time. I have tried to get Spools here in Victoria, Australia and looked on Pinterest etc but cannot find any. I think that’s the way I would like to do mine and then have it attached so it can be either hanging down or rolled up. The pumps are going to be interesting. I might even try and paint some fabric that will be new to me, but why not all I need to do is to get some sari silk and organza type fabric. I think I would have just about everything else that I might need. Thank you to you and Sara for all your hard work. I am sure I’m not the only one that appreciates what you do besides all the other things you have to do in life and work and thank you to your families for understanding your time keeping other people occupied with lovely creative things to do. Love the look of lulu’s bits of fabric paint that inspired me. I would love to see her do some too. I love her to bits she’s gorgeous, although we don’t see how much these days. Hugs to you, Rachel and thank you🦋💕🇦🇺

  15. This sounds like so much fun!!! I love nature and gardens…flowers and veg!!! 😊💜💐🥀🌺🌻🍄🐝🦋🐞

  16. Rachel, so exciting, can't wait to see what you will be creating. I can no longer do the stitching but love to watch you do it. TFS
