I ceratinly hope home owners appreciate tennants that look after their place beyond what is expected. If i owned that house youd freeze the rent increases if i hooked a tennant like urself. Well done.

Hey mate, just wondering what this turf is ?? I have tiftuf and about to put some pgr down. I was told around 2ml per 5L for 100sqm for the first time, (my lawn is only around 100sqm) Is this the correct amount ?? Also how often do you follow it up with further treatments ?? I put down some money shot from lawn hub last week. Love the videos, sorry to see this will be your last mow at this property cheers
