Sean.. hay it may be.. Lucerne it is not… as a Lucerne grower for many years I can recognise Lucerne…. this hay looks more like summer crop or forage sorghum type hay… Not that that is detrimental, just accuracy is important…Clean pure Lucerne hay is superior to this type of hay as a nutrient provider… ( I had many crop analysis done on my Lucerne hay over the years) in Brisbane labs.
