  1. Love this idea for neighbors and your instructions were super. Thanks for all your information. I am really enjoying your series.

  2. Hi Janey 🌺 well done , very beautiful gifts daffodils ، they will like them . Have awonderful day .πŸŒ»πŸŽ„πŸŒ»

  3. May just have to do this one. Thank you. I have made a kit with the makings in a terra cotta saucer, but this is better and easier for everyone.

  4. try denture tablets like Polident/generic to clean your jars, I have neighbors and thrift store finds that it works great on, I just break the tablets in 1/2 and let them do their thing, works great, we have really hard water in our area and the left over plant debris

  5. It's 25 degrees this morning, so not likely to do any gardening 🀣 but this is a really sweet and easy gift idea! Thank you.

  6. Hi Janey, i’m always learning something new from you. Who knew they were less potent smelling paper whites! β€οΈπŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

  7. Inspirational. Also, raincoat. If you look at leaves and bark that are wetted, the colors are magnified, highlighted.

  8. Those are super cute gift. Thanks for the tip on how to get the cloudy film off glass. Have a wonderful day.

  9. Having an event to begin the Christmas season really makes a statement of the specialness of this time of year. I'm adding that to my "to enjoy" list. Thanks for your tip on cleaning jars and vases with baking soda. I usually add a little vinegar to a vase, fill it to the top with water and leave it overnight. The vase comes out clean with no scrubbing.

  10. I have paper whites my mom planted back in mid 80's, I love them and their scent, no clue which they are. I will be out foraging for greens later today, just 38 right now. I've thought about making sprays..I think that's what they're called…to hang on the posts, and a swag of big bulb vintage lights, with the small clear wrapped around to swag across the front picket fence, this yr it's happening. You guys have a wonderful weekend.

  11. Hi Janey, I love this simple but thoughtful gift idea! It's easier and longer lasting than edible treats. Thank you for the tip of using baking soda to remove the hard water deposits, I've struggled with those in the past. Speaking of hot tips, I started wk #1 of the. bowl of ice on the peonies last night. πŸ˜„

  12. Hi, Janey! I watch your channel regularly and enjoy it. My husband is a semi retired physical therapist so I always refer to you as the gardening physical therapist from California. Here is an off topic question: I was wondering how the blue barrel water collection is doing now that you are getting more regular rainfall? We normally have regular rainfall here in Indiana so I don't irrigate but this past summer we had two drought periods. One 45 days long! So I'm looking at different rain barrel systems.

  13. So many great ideas in this video Janey! I love the holiday kickoff fondue dinner and I may have to steal that for a new Christmas tradition. I had never heard of the paper whites in a jar idea and it is such a cute gift idea. It would make a great hostess gift too. When do you plan to give them out? Will you be waiting until they grow a bit more or giving right away?
