I harvested my first container of sweet potatoes a little too early. Even though the top greenery had largely died back, there was still some new leaf growth on the stems. Potentially the sweet potatoes could have grown larger if I had waited to harvest.
I still have 5 containers of sweet potatoes to harvest, which I won’t harvest until after the first frost.
My bed of sweet potatoes never really did well, but I’ll wait a wile to dig these up.
My basil plants are still growing, and I harvested another small crop which I will let dehydrate naturally.
