What is bottom watering, and how to do it?
Bottom watering is an effective way of providing hydration to plants.
It is also called reverse watering.
It avoids the problem of over and under-watering.
It promotes good root growth, and doesn’t damage leaves.
How to Bottom Water?
1. Fill a bowl with water and place the pot inside the bowl.
2. Let the roots and soil absorb water through drainage holes.
3. Once the soil feels moist, remove the pot from the bowl. Allow the excess water to drain out.
You are done watering!
