I love the design. This is nice if you don't have neighbors and you own the surrounding lot. And where's the space for parking? Just along the road? That would be a problem in the future.
NO PRIVACY WALLS SO NEIGHBORS OR ANYONE CAN SEE YOU IN THE POOL OR SEE YOU THROUGH THE WINDOWS IN THE HOUSE ?? UNSAFE … NO VENTILATION IN THE CR? NASTY …NO ELECTRIC SOCKETS ON WALLS OF CR?? ONLY SLIDING WINDOWS WITH NO SCREEN PLUS VERY HIGH CIELINGS MEANING 25K PHP OR MORE ELECTRIC BILL OR A HOUSE FULL OF MOSQUITOS AND OTHER BUGS. …..UNCOMFORTABLE HARD WOOD FURNITURE……THE VIEW IS ELECTRIC POWER LINES AND POLES AND A FEW BORING TREES …..NO FLOOR SPACE WHAT A WASTE ….TINY LITTLE BEDS..SHORT DOORS TO BEDROOMS …TOO MANY STAIRS TO CLIMB…..AGREE THIS IS NOT TO LIVE IN…..JUST A SHORT TERM RENTAL ….NO ONE WOULD LIVE IN THIS MUSEUM LOOKING HOUSE AS A HOME…..SADLY WHAT A WASTE OF A PROPERTY BUT OH WELL SHORT TERM RENTAL IS WHAT YOU WANT IT TO BE…..GOOD LUCK WITH THAT…..
