Les is a real survival man. I respect some others like Bear grills . Les is a whole other level , self filming is the reason why I respect him the most.
It seems to me that we’re getting a lot more pure botany in season 2. Lots of details on the morphology of the plants which is really super cool. Spending five minutes on the way the stamen looks on a tiny flower is just beautiful.
This continues to amaze.
I wanna go on a weekend/week-long excursion with Les Stroud 🙌🏻💯
I'm top notch with tree ID, but I need to know my edible plants
Are Snow Drop plants edible? They grow here in SW Pennsylvania, popping out of the snow. Gorgeous white and green flowers.
Love the Episode ! However, the conifer with which Paul made the saline solution is actually Pseudotsuga menziesii var. glauca (Interior Douglas Fir) and not spruce.
this show is one of the best things you’ve ever done. incredible
Just utterly fantastic episode. Absolutely loved it. The first plate looked just devine and beautiful. Love how you explain the plants on each episode and such. Would love to try chef Paul’s dishes, very fresh and delicious. I would love to do a weekend excursion with both of you. That would be fun. Keep this show going for years to come you guys. I really enjoy these. Cheers. 🥂🍷🫖🫖
Les, i just needed to say thank you. These videos have inspired me to get back into nature, and the kitchen. You have done more then you could ever know. Much love and respect

Over dinner, I mentioned that the new episode of Wild Harvest features catnip. I just caught my three cats huddled around the laptop, watching the season 1 playlist. I guess they are interested in foraging now.

Outstanding as always
These are so calming. I'm in love with this series.
Your level of respect for the world around us is inspiring
You will always have a place at my fire or dinner table
This show does a great job of being an example of how to be creative, thoughtful, inspiring, respectful, and passionate about nature and cooking.
There's no "tough guy" attitude here, just real people being honest.
Thank you, to the whole team making the show.
Les never fails to disapoint, whatever he does he seems to put his "heart and soul" into it. His way of becoming a part of the natural surroundings he is in at the moment is hard to put into words……but I think sometimes it is much more felt inside with words not necessary. Les is very inspiring, and that is rare in today's world.
