Nova Corps most likely would have plenty of time to rebuild. Remember it was years before the Avengers tried to undo the snap. When they did all the Nova corps that were snapped away would come back. My guess is that the Nova Corps is alive and well.

5:20 – they are chimera. It's a Biblical thing – I think only referenced once in the entire Bible – can't recall where right now, but I do know it's Biblical. Chimera were in the days of Noah – the fallen angels doing DNA testing – Because Satan deceived; and was angry because he knows his time is short. (It is written, Hell was made for the devil and his angels).
In any case… "chimera" – that's what that term refers to. In Noah's day – Everything was screwed up in regards to DNA, thoughts, heart, etc – all translations say that, & the original language indicates that. Noah was "perfect in his generations" it says – (and his family) – and it means his DNA was correct.
