  1. I love how you stash all those compost and soils in the dazzling blue kale pot. I am getting all my totes and buckets ready for spring planting and am channeling ‘Robbie’ in my prep. It makes so much sense. It is how nature does it. Having a lot of fun. Looking forward to planning garden in spring in Indiana. I am going to plant some peas so that they pop up and grow as soon as they want to. Thank you Robbie and Gary.

  2. Your painting containers etc really make things look better overall. More serene/peaceful. I will start doing that too.

  3. Another great video, your garden is looking so pretty and organized, that Kitty is such a sweetheart, have a great day, much love!

  4. The deck garden is looking great! Good tip on painting the containers and using the plastic knife to make the branch into a bird perch and trellis. Happy Thanksgiving from Central Texas!🙂

  7. Hi Robbie. Thank you for your awesome videos! I live in extreme south Texas. I have started using all your methods and techniques of composting in place and the storage bins and chairs, etc. We have even set up various solar fountains! I started in September and wow! I am so surprised at how everything has just taken off! We can pretty much keep planting and growing all throw 'winter' and spring. Summer months here are so hot, growing anything is next to impossible. something is eating the leaves of my cucumber plants (they are about 4 inches tall) and my young tomato plants (also about 4 inches tall) both of these are in the same 20 gallon storage bin. I have scattered crushed egg shells around the plants and added a couple of marigold plants to it. I have also used some netting around some of the plants. I did get a slug and a worm out of there. Any suggestions? I hate to get this far and lose my beautiful plants to those awful worms/caterpillars.

  8. Also, thanks to your tips, I have “started” the snippets of Thai Basil from Pho soup: now I have flowers that give my Hummers alternate food source and I love the purple color!

  9. Oh your garden looks so organized and tidy, glad you're letting the basil flower for the 🐝, this past summer I noticed the bees and hummingbirds endulging to my basil flowers. Love your leggings Robbie!! Happy Thanksgiving 😊

  10. Nawww, Kitties' sweet, expectant little face is just adorable! 🥰 I really like the painted pots and table, they look really good 👍

  11. Fresh greens or carrots and other fresh veggies added to canned soup, no seasoning needed.

  12. Thank you for another lovely video. where do you get those raised planters from? They look super compact.. perfect for a small yard or deck.

  13. Hi Robbie,
I would love to recycle my old potting soil with your rejuvenating compost but I have nats so I throw my soil out to rid myself of a nest!

  14. OMG Robbie you are the best teacher ever you have so many great ideas which I have Incorporated in my 40 in by 40 in apartment gardening thank you so much Kitty you're so sweet getting your broccoli mama takes good care of you

  15. Hi, You inspired me to set up 10 chair gardens with winter veggies. I used moats around the legs to deter ants but the ones in my yard can swim! So, I sprayed the outside of the moats and filled the moats with vinegar water and, so far, the ants don't like it!
